It is located in a securely gated court and has excellent transport links via the bus stop right outside, Streatham Hill station is a 5 min walk and Streatham overground train lines or Brixton tube are only a short distance away. Areas such as Balham and Clapham are very close by as well.

Everything you'd need is right on the doorstep...whilst also being set back in the court overlooking the communal gardens. Secure indoor bike storage is also available. There is also lift accessibility in the building.

Current tenant is a young professional, mostly working externally Monday to Friday so if you do WFH the flat will mostly be free during day.

Friendly and chilled individual, respectful of the shared space as well as maintaining a clean and tidy home. Enjoys a good netflix series, hanging out with friends and going out for food and drinks.

The tenancy is with KFH. References will need to be supplied to the estate agents directly.
