1 Double Room with En-suite in Streatham Hill

Double Room for rent long term ideally. Move in from 15th January 2025 (however can be flexible). This is a three-bedroom flat with one male and one female tenant. We are both 36. I’m from NZ and I’m in the Burglary Squad and I work shifts. David, Northern Irish and works in IT, he works from home.

Fully furnished flat. Looking for a tidy flatmate, aged 30 to 43 yrs. It's a social but respectful space. We love movie nights, board game nights, love a glass of wine too, and coffee! We both are very much into the gym too. We do have our own social lives going on as well and hope you would too :)

The Bedroom: Double bed frame, large wardrobe and bedside table. Has an en-suite. New flatmate will need to bring a mattress)

The Living Area: fully furnished with a sofa, two chairs (which pull out into a spare bed), coffee table, dining bar and chairs. The flatmate moving out owns the TV so we’ll have to get another one! All accessories already in the flat (but welcome to add own touches); cushions, table mats etc.

The Kitchen: (open plan with living room); fully equipped with Nespresso machine, Air-fryer, oven, hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and crockery.

The bills will obviously change every so often depending on the time of the year of course! Hence why the bills aren’t included. For your reference in November the bills were £127.92 and bills in December were £145.92.

Great access to Streatham Hill Train Station (8 minute walk), Balham Tube/Train Station (18mins walk), Bus stop outside the house which has regular buses to Balham and Clapham Common/ Stockwell.

My friend that’s moving out, she’s only moving out because she’s bought a house and we will miss living with her! I’ve been in the house over three years now and I absolutely love it.
