Double Room for rent in a three bedroom flat in Streatham hill. The desired move in date is the 15th January 2025 onwards (we can be abit flexible on this up until the end of Jan). The flat is well situated being 8 minutes walk from Streatham Hill train station and within walking distance to Balham Tube/Train Station. There is a Bus stop outside the flat with regular buses to Balham and Clapham Common/ Stockwell. Tooting Common and a range of bars/ restaurants and shops are only 5/10 minutes walk away.

The existing house mates are David and Tessa who are both 36. Tessa is from NZ and is in the Burglary Squad working shifts. David is from Northern Ireland and works in tech, he works remotely from home, but gyms most evenings and is away regularily at weekends.

The flat is Fully furnished however you will need to provide your own matress as the current tenant owns her own. We are looking for a tidy flatmate, aged 30 to 43 yers. It's a social but respectful space. We love movie nights, board games and being social over a glass of wine or a coffee. We both enjoy the gym and also have our own social lives.

The Bedroom contains a Double bed frame, a side table and a wardrobe/ drawer unit. The bathroom in the flat is shared with Tessa only and contains a bath/shower, sink and toilet.

The bills change every so often depending on the time of the year but for your reference in November the bills were £127.92 and bills in December were £145.92.
