Double Bedroom in Streatham Hill

Hi everyone! Reposting this as I’m moving out of London and looking to fill my room for February 1st (can be flexible with the move in date). The flat is a 3 bed in Streatham Hill, a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill station with trains directly to Clapham Junction and Victoria and frequent busses to Brixton station. Rent is £875 and bills are approximately £75 per month (Council tax band C).

The room is a double room with a closet. All furniture pictured (mattress, box springs, dresser, bedside table) is included, but can be removed if not needed. The closet has a hanging rail and two built in shelves.

The flat is a 3 bed, 1 bath on the ground floor in a gated building. The living room and kitchen are very open and on the first floor, and all bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen is modern, with a brand new dishwasher and oven. We also have an air fryer, microwave, Nespresso for communal use! The flat also has a gated parking space that we currently don’t use if you have a car.

You would be living with Alice (23) and Clara (22). Alice works in digital marketing and Clara is an MSc student at KCL (council tax discount!) They’re both very tidy and love a Sunday deep clean. They love being active (Alice is training for the London marathon) and a good pub night.
