Double bedroom in Streatham Hill - March move in

Looking for a lovely new housemate to take my place in March as I'll be moving in with my long-term partner after a year and a half of living here.

🌟We’re a creative household, into sewing, knitting, and making music, and we enjoy hanging out in shared spaces. The house is super cozy in the summer but can be a bit chilly in the winter, which is why they’re planning to break the lease at the end of summer. Ideally, my housemates would like to find a new place together as a three, but if you’d rather move in with others at that point, that’s totally fine too!
We’re looking for someone who is POC friendly. A young professional who’s up for socialising in the common areas/and or with friends. Preferably another woman, but open to anyone who’s a good fit!

Other things you may want to know:
🌟The house is a 15min walk to Streatham hill station and 15-20 min walk to Balham for underground (it’s a nice, well lit walk alongside tooting common) and is well connected by bus too.

🌟 We have all the basic amenities plus an air fryer, dishwasher, tumble dryer … & a bbq for summer!

🌟 both of my housemates both work hybrid and there is space for a wfh/hybrid set up for you in the living room, should you need it :)

🌟 The room has a double bed with a wardrobe (with drawers inside) and space for under bed storage. There is also plenty of additional storage space for this room in a separate cupboard and in the loft too.
