Description
I've just finished renovating my flat (more or less) and looking to let out the second bedroom.
It's south-facing, medium-sized and I'm happy to furnish it how you like (within reason!) Eg maybe you want to bring some furniture with you, or you'd like a desk etc
It's a first-floor flat on a quiet street and has decent transport links. Easy to get to Brixton for the Victoria Line - there are hundreds of buses that go down the hill from the top of the road, so you never have to wait more than a couple of mins.
You can also walk 20 mins to Balham for the Northern Line along nice residential streets, or there's Streatham Hill for trains to London Victoria/London Bridge.
Also within striking distance of lots of green space, including Tooting Common and Brockwell Park.
Looking for a friendly flatmate who hopefully shares some of my interests and is happy to help keep the place (reasonably) tidy. Ideally looking for someone who won't be working from home much as I'm usually here 3 days a week, though we could potentially do alternate days.
I'm very easy-going, work in energy/sustainability, have people over a fair bit and happy for you to do the same.
This is the first time I've had a lodger so not keen to commit to 6 months or a year straightaway, but as long as we get along fine it's available for a long let, with 2 months' notice from either side.
If interested, let me know a bit about yourself and send over any questions.
