Sublet: Double room available for August only!

Hello!

I’m looking to escape London for August so making my room available for a one month sublet.

The room is a large double situated at the top of a large town house just ten minutes bus ride from Brixton town centre, a stones throw from Streatham Hill train station and close to local amenities and coffee shops.

The house has two toilets, a separate bathroom & shower, shared living room with a sofa bed and multiple streaming services, private garden and an equipped kitchen. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, with sheets and towels also provided. There is also a PlayStation 4 which you are welcome to use!

We’d love you to be of a similar age, friendly, kind and considerate. Unfortunately, we are not looking for students and are avoiding having anyone who works from home full time.

We are a chilled friendly household and will chat in our communal areas, have occasional barbecues in summer and have evenings in front of the TV watching movies together.

We also each have our separate lives and respect each other’s space.

The room is available from the end of July until September. (Dates flexible).

Rent and bills is £750 all in :)
