Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely flat in Streatham Hill. Our housemate Gaby, who we've lived with for the past three years, is moving out as she’s just bought her own place. We’re excited to welcome a new addition to our home!

Our new flatmate can choose from one of two rooms - both are bright double rooms and come with their own private bathroom. The flat has a large, shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, and a garden for relaxing outside. The kitchen includes all the mod cons: dishwasher, fan oven, washing machine, and a new fridge-freezer.

Location:
The flat is just an 8-minute walk from Streatham Hill station and the high street, a 20-minute walk to Balham, and a short bus ride to Brixton or Clapham. Tooting Bec Common is only a few minutes away at the end of the street.

About Us:
Martin works for a charity and enjoys cycling, playing and watching sports, going to the cinema, and attending comedy shows.

Matt is a teacher and loves gardening, running, creative activities, volunteering at a community radio station, and going to gigs.

We enjoy spending time together in the flat but also respect each other's space. We’re easy-going, social when it suits us, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

Bills:
The monthly bills come to about £150 each, covering council tax (band B), water, gas, electricity, full-fibre broadband, Netflix and Prime, TV licence, and a fortnightly cleaner. The bills also cover shared household items like cleaning products and other essentials.
