We have a furnished Double Bedroom on the top floor of a big 4-bed house in between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill Stations and a short bus ride from Brixton tube and the Victoria Line.

Bills are around £100pp inc council tax, with 500mb internet. Separate large living room at the front and a small study/office for working from home.

About the housemates:

We are 3 professionals who have lived with each other for the past year and half.

We are easy going, but tidy and fond of meals in together when we get the chance, but also have our own lives and friends. We are looking for a like minded and friendly person to join our home. No preference on gender.

Hattie works for the civil service, Dan works in hospitality and Asha works in TV.

We all enjoy having friends over for dinner parties and hosting evenings, also a bit of gardening and always have a few plants about. We are all sociable but accepting of each others privacy when needed and very good at sorting each others lives out over a glass of wine.
