Description
Our friend is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend so we're looking for a third housemate to join our flat in Streatham Hill (SW2)!
Move in date is from early May - 21st Sep, with the option to extend.
It's a smaller room but has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but no room for a desk so would ideally be someone who works in the office:
£830pm (excluding bills - around £100).
There's also a shared garden and access to the roof from our back door.
You’d be living with Holly (28) and Meg (26) so we are looking for someone around a similar age who would be up for hanging out 🌞
The flat is on Streatham high road with plenty of shops/restaurants/charity shops/pubs etc - 5 min walk from Streatham Hill train station (10 min train to Clapham Junction) or around 12 mins on bus to Brixton/Balham for Victoria & Northern Line.
