The flat is 5 minutes from Streatham Hill (18 mins direct to London Victoria) and a 10-15 minute bus journey to Brixton station perfect for the Victoria Line to central London.
It is also 10-15 minute walk from Streatham station which takes you direct on Thameslink into BlackFriars and Farringdon stations.

The flat is in a beautiful area and just a 10 minute walk from the high street which has lots of great shops, cafes and restaurants (even an M+S).

The flat currently has two tenants and they are very keen for someone to share their space with and to be a flatmate and friend.
