Double room on Brixton Hill!

Thank you for viewing my ad! My name is Josie, and I’m looking for a tenant to move into my spare double bedroom on Brixton Hill (SW2 3).

About me:
I am 30, work in business development, and typically work from home two days a week. I enjoy socialising, cooking, reading, travelling, hiking, and staying active (running, cycling, occasional visits to the lido, and playing tennis in the summer).

The flat/room:
The flat has one shared bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and balcony—all furnished as shown in the pictures.

The available room is a double with plenty of natural light, as the flat is on the third floor. It comes with a chest of drawers and bed. You will need to provide your wardrobe/hangers. The desk and the chair in the photo will not be included.

All bills are included in the rent (including council tax and WiFi).

The room is available for a period of three months to one year, with a one-month notice period. I am fairly flexible on move in date.

About you:
I am looking for a woman of a similar age, ideally a vegetarian, who shares some of my interests, and is clean and tidy. I have lived in several flat shares and enjoy socialising with housemates, but also value alone time and a peaceful home environment.
