Big Double Room in Streatham Hill House

Hey! Sadly, I am moving out of this gorgeous house I’ve lived in for almost 3 years, and I’m looking for someone to take my room on 21st May! You’d be living with 4 young professionals aged 24-27, looking for another young professional.

The room is a fully furnished big double bed in a beautiful three storey house in Streatham Hill. The house has a huge kitchen and dining room, with access to the garden (so perfect in summer).

There's a very cosy living room, and there are two bathrooms with showers between the 5 of us. We are a 5 min walk to Streatham Hill station, a 10 min walk to Streatham station and a 20 min bus to Brixton. We also have a great local pub 2 mins away that we do the pub quiz at every Sunday.

You will be living with, Pedro (24, Civil Engineer) Fiona (25, Civil Servant), Ben (24, Accountant) and Ed (27, Urban Planner). We're looking for someone who is social and loves to hang out and chat at the end of the day, not just co-living alongside us. We're definitely not super clean freaks, but we're respectful of the communal spaces, so someone who feels the same is perfect.

The room is £800 a month not including bills. Total bills, including council tax, utilities and wi-fi comes to about £115 a month. We are only looking for other professionals due to council tax reasons! The landlord is really responsive with maintenance issues so this house stays in great condition, which is fab!!
