Double room to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom flat

I have a double room to rent in a newly decorated two bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a 1930s art deco complex set just off Streatham Hill. A new kitchen as just been installed as well as double glazing, new flooring, central heating and repainted throughout. There is also a balcony that looks out over the grounds that are very well kept. Transport links are excellent. Two minutes to a variety of buses that can connect you to Brixton or Clapham in a short time. Streatham Hill train station is a 5-7 minute walk away. There are plenty of shops,, cafes and bars in close proximity. Including a 24 hour convenience store. I’ve been living here for a while now and regard the flat as home and would like to find a single person, or a couple who are looking for an home ad opposed to a place to crash. I’m friendly, sociable and enjoy photography, cooking and chess. The flat is not a party flat. The pictures accurate and there’s just a tiny amount of cleaning to complete.
