Double room in Streatham Hill available ASAP

Looking for someone to rent my double room in a two bedroom flat in Streatham Hill, just on the corner of Tooting common. The room is available from now, with the current tenancy running till 28 December 2025 (with the option to extend until Jan 2027).

You’d be living with my housemate Emily, she’s 25 and a professional in the city. She works from the office 5 days a week. She loves to keep the flat clean and tidy, and is always up for a chat, a glass of wine or a pub evening.

About the room/flat:
- Double bedroom with additional study/storage room
- Furnished (bed, storage unit, wardrobes)
- Shared living room & kitchen (dishwasher, - washing machine, dryer)
- Refurbished loft space which we use as an additional lounge / cinema room
- Great location for transport (Streatham Hill 10 min walk, Balham 20 min walk). 5 mins from shops
- Rent & bills – £950pm with bills approx £160
