Double Bedroom in Streatham Hill

We're looking for an additional flatmate to join our current flatshare. We are a group of 2 guys, all working for 1-2 years in central London, looking for an easy-going, sociable person to join us. We met at school and have varied interests, all easy to get along with. Ideally the person joining would also have a stable job, not be too messy, and be of a similar age.

The flat is great spread across two floors One main bathroom with a shower, an en suite upstairs and a big open kitchen and lounge, with a balcony off this. Upstairs we also have a roof terrace which is great for chilling in the sun! We have a great living room with a dining table, as well as a good sofa and a TV. We have great views of London and get a good skyline of Canary Wharf from both the balcony and roof terrace.

The area is Streatham hill with easy access to Streatham hill and Tulse Hill stations. From there you can use the Thames link to get to the city, or London Victoria station. Late at night you can use the tube to get back to Brixton which is just a short bus ride away. We are also near Balham/Clapham which are great for meeting up with friends in the area.

We are walking distance to all of the essentials including a gym, shops, barbers, restaurants and good pubs.

The room comes furnished with a big wardrobe, under bed storage, bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers. You can also purchase my desk for a reasonable amount too. Ideal for working from home! The room is large and spacious and a big window with a view of the City.
