Sublet – En-Suite Room in a Lovely House

I’m going travelling for around three months, so I’m looking to sublet my room for 10 weeks, with a move-in date around 11th September (TBC).

Spacious top-floor room with your own en-suite bathroom. You’ll have the whole floor to yourself. We have a garden and a large lounge with a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, and oven.

We live in a gated area, so it's really safe and also have parking available.

Housemates share a bathroom on the second floor, plus there’s an extra toilet downstairs.

You'd be living with three friendly and easy going guys around 28-31 years old:

- Jordan, an electrician
- Oli, a civil servant
- Liam, a station manager (he does shift work, so isn’t always around in the evenings)

We're quite sociable and often chill together in the evenings and sometimes on weekends, but we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.
