En-Suite Room in a Lovely House

Available from 4th Jan 2026:

Spacious top-floor room with your own en-suite bathroom. You’ll have the whole floor to yourself. We have a garden and a large lounge with a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, and oven. Bills are c£100-150 per month (depending on summer/winter).

We live in a gated area, so it's really safe and also have parking available.

Housemates share a bathroom on the second floor, plus there’s an extra toilet downstairs.

You'd be living with three friendly and easy going guys around 28-31 years old:

- Jordan, an electrician
- Oli, a civil servant
- Liam, a station manager (he does shift work, so isn’t always around in the evenings)

We're quite sociable and often chill together in the evenings and sometimes on weekends, but we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.
