Two bedrooms available in Streatham Hill

We're looking for two people to take over two rooms in our house from early October. Groups of two preferred, but individuals are also more than welcome to get in touch! Students welcome to enquire

Details:
- 3 bedroom house in Streatham Hill. Two bedrooms available: one downstairs room with its own toilet, and one first floor bedroom with an en suite (toilet and shower). Each room has individual cupboard/closet space just outside the room
- The house is split across three floors and also a spare attic room for use as a home office or relaxation space. It also has a private patio garden!
- Both rooms are part furnished: downstairs room with wardrobe, upstairs room with chest of drawers and bedside table. Landlord may be able to provide beds and mattresses for both rooms if needed! Communal areas are fully furnished

- Great for commuters. Only a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill station, where it's 10 minutes on the train to Clapham Junction and 15 minutes to London Victoria. Balham tube station (Northern Line) is a 15 minute walk away
- Lovely area, just off of Streatham High Road which has lots of small cafes, pubs and charity shops. Five minute walk to Tooting Common, a lovely large green space
- Lots nearby! Only a ten minute bus ride from Clapham (great for visiting the Common and going to the pub!) and ten minute bus ride from central Brixton. Also only a ten minute walk into Balham, filled with nice shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the back door of the house

Rent:
- £866.66 per month. The contract you would sign would be 18 months, with rent increasing slightly to £883.33 after 6 months
- Bills not included but we currently pay £87 each for electric, gas, water and wifi. Council tax is just under £60 each

Who you would live with:
- One person lives here currently (24 y/o, non-binary working professional) who is very tidy and keeps to themselves, working in the office 4 days a week
