Flatmate needed in streatham hill

A two bed flat with large living room but small kitchen. A gated court with parking (if available) and a lovely communal garden. Close to a train-station and lots of bus routes. The flat already has all kitchen utensils and dishes, not much more room for anymore.
I am a teacher, so out most of the day. Would rather someone who is similar in professional mindset and respects earlyish bed time in the week but weekends, live it large.
