Friendly flatmate wanted for Streatham Hill

Hi there! I’m Eleanor (27) and myself and my flatmate Fergus (25) and I are looking for a flatmate. We are both classical musicians by training, Fergus works at the Royal Opera House and I have recently changed to a career in consulting. We’ve been friends for years and are looking for someone friendly and chilled to join us. The flat is very homely- think lots of plants, prints and an open plan kitchen and living room that we hang out in a lot. We love to go for runs together and a few pints when our schedules line up. We also enjoy hosting the odd dinner party, which we’d love you to join! I work from home a couple of days a week and Fergus is often out in the evening for performances. One of my favourite things about living where we do is it’s a short walk to tooting common, and just a bit further to Balham, or the other direction to Brixton, which feels really well connected with lots going on nearby in spite of being in a bit of a tube black hole! Ideally you wouldn’t hate classical music (lol), given the amount of it that happens in the flat (it’s nice we promise!) and are clean in communal spaces. We’d be super happy to hop on FaceTime for a chat or you could come over for a drink to see if it would be a good fit. Also, rent is £850 and with all bills it comes to £1000 per month.
