Super sad to have to leave my lovely room due to working in a different country. Was going to sublet but that hasn't worked out so looking for a full time new tenant.

•Huge communal living room with sofa bed and communal outside balcony with seating where you can watch sunsets!
• 5 mins walk to Streatham hill overground (fast to Clapham/Balham/Victoria)
• 15 min bus from right outside the door to Brixton station (Victoria line)
• 5 min walk to green space on tooting common
• Streatham high road super close for shops etc.

✨ Timing
• Available from 28th Oct onwards. Can be flexible with dates for move in after 17th Oct.

✨ Flatmates
• Living with 2 creative people who are kind and friendly but also respect space and communal living.
* Naomi - (she/her) Illustrator who is in the office 2 days a week and WFH the rest of the week. Loves walks in nature and lots of the decoration in the flat was designed by her
* Noemie - (they/them) Works in Video Fx, in the office all week. Enjoys cooking and cooking watching a good cartoon/tv series.

• £230 PW inc all bills
(£800 + ~£100-£120 bills)

Open to couples as it is a large sized room.

Please note: lots of the furniture in the room does not come with it but I will be leaving the bed/ wardrobe rail/ shelving & office chair
