Walking distance from Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill train stations and Bus links to Brixton (or long walk) and Clapham Tube stations. Also walking distance to Brockwell Park.
The flat itself is 2 bed, 1 bathroom with an open-plan living/kitchen space.
The apartment building is modern, secure and on a quiet street but just a 2 minute walk to local shops in both directions.

Flatmate: You’ll be living with my male flatmate Joe, 30, working in music. He’s tidy, likes his own space but very laidback.

Although the room is available from Now I’m not in a crazy rush and can be flexible so we’re also happy to hear from people who will be looking to move end of September/Oct.
