Cosy room in Streatham Hill, bills included!

Hi there! We have a cosy room opening up in our lovely 4-bed flat in Streatham Hill. It’s a small room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. There are also a shelving unit and a storage bench in the living room for extra storage.

The flat is in a gated estate just off the high street, where we have access to multiple green spaces and a lovely little fire escape/balcony that gets plenty of sun. We also have access to a garage for extra storage. Located the top floor of a court yard, you’ll get the most amazing sunsets and sunrises. You’ll be right on Streatham High Road with the safety/tranquility of a guarded estate and all amenities like chemists, all supermarkets you can think of, gyms, pubs and bookshops within a 10 min walk! There’s also Streatham Hill Station just around the corner and a bus stop on your doorstep with direct lines to Brixton and city.

The bills amount to £97 a month (can vary).

You’ll be living with Lindsay, and Rebecca and Zoe. We are all working professionals in our late 20s, working in healthcare, interpreting and PR. We all have our own lives and hobbies but love to spontaneously catch up in the kitchen or get a drink every once in a while.

We are looking for a female flatmate in their mid 20s to early 30s who is neat, friendly, and a good fit with the rest of us :)
