Bright and homely 4 bed flat in up and coming area

The flat is on an upper floor so has great views and sunsets/sunrises. We have a life tin the building and a fire escape which is nice to sit on with a cuppa. The flat has a shared kitchen and large living room. Shared bathroom with separate toilet. The block is in a gated community with 2 communal gardens. We have access to a garage for additional storage such as suitcases/bikes. There is no parking, but temporary parking within the gates for offloading/loading. Great public transport with a bus stop right outside, many buses to Brixton, Clapham, Tooting, Balham and more. Streatham Hill, and Streatham all nearby for links to Clapham Junction. Victoria, London Bridge etc... On the high street a few mins walk away we have many coffee shops, charity shops, cinema, gyms, pubs, banks, post office etc... We are a shirt walk from a large Lidl, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, Polish supermarket and a short bus from a Tesco Extra.

We are all friendly and like to go out for food or a day out, or just pass each other in the corridor for a chin wag. We also like our own space and have separate friendships groups so a balance is nice for us and what we expect the girl to also be on par with. We enjoy cooking/baking, Christmas activities, reading, walking, theatre etc... We are not big on nights out but like a wine or 3.

Looking for a girl who has similar interests to us and wants to be social but also respect time apart. Happy for partial work from home, but not everyday. If you'd own to decorate for Christmas with us and have wholesome days out then I think you'd fit in well!
