Hi! We’re looking for a housemate to move into a double room in our house in Streatham Hill! The room is a bright, south facing room that comes furnished. It overlooks the street however it’s a very quiet residential road so no traffic noise!
The rent is £750p/m which includes all bills! This is a shorter rent as the landlords are selling the house next year, so will run until end of April 2026.
Our house is a 4 bed semi-detached with a large garden and is a short walk to both Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill train stations and close to Streatham High Road where there are regular buses to Brixton for the tube.
We’re looking for a someone ideally a young professional, aged 26-29, who’s sociable, fun and tidy. Not looking to live with any couples.
Currently, there are 3 of us living here (2 guys and me, so looking for someone who doesn’t mind a mixed household), we’re all 28 and working full time!
