Double bedroom in Streatham Hill

We’ve got a lovely double room going in a large period house on Cricklade Avenue, SW2.
The place has lots of character, with high ceilings, big windows, and even a garden out back for hanging out in the summer (or winter too if you’re brave, we’ve got a heating lamp!). You’ll be sharing the kitchen, two bathrooms (two toilets and two separate showers), and living space with friendly housemates, and the room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Streatham Hill station is just around the corner, so getting into central London is easy. There are a great mix of cafés, pubs, shops nearby. It’s a chilled neighbourhood with Brixton just around the corner, easy to reach thanks to the multiple buses (running every couple of minutes, even at night). Streatham Hill is just 5 minutes walk away, and Tulse Hill is reachable in about 20 minutes. Green spaces are close if you want some quiet time, including Brockwell and Tooting Common.

Rent is £750 a month, deposit is around £800, and we’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Perfect for a professional who wants a relaxed, well-connected home.

The current flatmates are between 30 and 34 years old, 2 women and 2 men. We are all friends and hang out quite often. A typical night in our home includes coming up with weird artistic ideas or life plans, or just chatting nonsense. I have lived in this very house with some of my closest friends for almost 10 years. Most of them have moved out by now, but the vibes have stayed :)
