I have 2 lovely, spacious double rooms available in a charming Edwardian Maisonette, just a short walk from Streatham Hill Station, quick bus ride into Brixton and close to Brockwell Park.

The rooms are available with no deposit and bills come to around £155 per month.

Room 1 - £900
Comes furnished with with bed, shelving, desk, ottoman and clothes rail.

Room 2 - £950
Comes furnished with super king size bed, wardrobe, desk and built in shelving.

We also have large storage cupboards in the hallway which you can use for extra storage if needed.

The house has a shared living room, with smart TV, bathroom and good sized garden with seating, vegetable beds, greenhouse and fire pit. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the basics, as well as dishwasher, air fryer and slow cooker. It is a lovely homely space and has Edwardian features throughout.

A bit about me:

You will be sharing the space with myself, a 31 year old professional client success manager working in the creative industry, and my cat Jerry. He absolutely loves a cuddle and thinks he owns the place (He does)

I am quite active and arty. I am a bit of a cinema junkie and like to host wine and board game nights occasionally. I love a good hike and have been trying my best to grow veg lately.

I am relaxed and easy going and like to keep a clean and tidy home and look after my surroundings, someone like minded would fit well here.

A bit about the area:

We are on a quiet residential street, just a 7 minute walk to Streatham Hill station and a 20 minute walk from Tulse Hill and Brockwell Park.

Streatham Hill boasts restaurants, pubs, an Aldi, Lidl and massive Tesco extra, as well as an Anytime Fitness gym, cafes and markets.
We have regular busses that go into central and to Brixton, which has the tube and of course the Ritzy, Brixton Village etc.
