Very spacious double room in Streatham Hill

Hello!

My friend is moving out and I would like someone to replace him in this double room.

Well connected:
- Streatham Hill station 8 min walk
- Bus stop right outside the door
- 20 min walk to Balham

There's a shared bathroom and living space.
Room comes with the desk seen in photos.

I would prefer someone of a similar age if possible (bonus if Irish). I can be social but respect downtime.
Looking for a professional, considerate housemate who I can get on with rather than someone who's just looking for a room, as I was living with a friend.

About me:
I'm from Donegal, moved over here a few years ago. I like to keep active and work as a software engineer. I WFH most days per week but usually go into the office once a week.

Rent is £1000 + £160ish in bills (so roughly £1160 in total).
Deposit £1000.
