DBL En Suite room in Brixton Hill

DBL room available with large private bathroom (shower and bath) in recently renovated apartment. The apartment is at the top of Brixton Hill where it meets Streatham Hill. The room is fully furnished with a brand new double bed, lounge chair and a large inbuilt wardrobe and drawers. I purchased the apartment last year and it has been recently decorated, has all new furniture, carpets and appliances. The apartment is a 10 min walk to Streatham Hill station (14 min direct train to Victoria) or it is 7 stops on the bus to Brixton underground station (start of the Victoria Line). Brockwell Park is a 12 minute walk away and it's 15 minutes on the bus or cycle to Clapham and Balham. You can walk to Brixton in 20 minutes or a 5 minute cycle. The apartment also has a good sized balcony from the living room, fast WiFi and all bills are included. The apartment building has a secure lockable bike shed. I'm looking for a clean non smoker housemate who is sociable and outgoing with their own London life but whose also happy to chat and have a laugh in the evenings watching TV. Due to not wanting to overcrowd the apartment I'm not accepting couples. The apartment would suit someone who primarily works in the office as I work from home 3 - 4 days a week. I'm a 41 yr old gay man who works in higher education (1-2 days a week in the office, the rest at home) who likes fitness, gym, socialising, going out with friends. LGBT preferred (but not essential). Short terms lets of 2 months+ considered for the right person. Despite being an animal lover due to the lease I cannot accept pets. Apartment is available immediately but happy to wait a little while for the right person
