DBL En Suite room in Brixton Hill

DBL room available with large private bathroom (shower and bath) in recently renovated apartment. The apartment is at the top of Brixton Hill where it meets Streatham Hill. The room is fully furnished with a brand new double bed, lounge chair and a large inbuilt wardrobe and drawers. I purchased the apartment earlier this year and the apartment has been recently decorated, has all new furniture, new carpets and appliances. The apartment is a 10 min walk to Streatham Hill station (14 min direct train to Victoria) or it is 7 stops on the bus to Brixton (start of the Victoria Line). Brockwell Park is a 12 minute walk away and it's 15 minutes on the bus or cycle to Clapham and Balham. You can walk to Brixton in 20 minutes, 10 mins on the bus or a 5 minute cycle. The apartment also has a decent sized balcony from the living room, fast WiFi and all bills are included. I'm looking for a clean non smoker housemate who is sociable and outgoing with their own London life but whose also happy to chat and have a laugh in the evenings watching TV. Due to not wanting to overcrowd the apartment I'm not accepting couples. The apartment would suit someone who primarily works in the office as I work from home 3-4 days a week and the room hasn't got a desk. I'm a 41 yr old gay man who works in higher education (1-2 days a week in the office, the rest at home) who likes fitness, gym, socialising, going out with friends. LGBT preferred (but not essential). Short terms lets of 1-3 months could be considered for the right person. Despite being an animal lover due to the lease I cannot accept pets.
