Double room available in Clapham park!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely house as I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend. You’ll be joining 3 lovely girls who will be sure to be new friends rather than just housemates!

Darcy (27) works in the public sector, Maddie (29) in marketing, and Amy (29) in Finance. We’ve lived together for 2-3 years and all moved to London and met via spare room! 💕

The house is a 3 story terraced property in a quiet gated street which is nice for security (and no junk mail!). 10 mins walk to Streatham hill station. 20 minute walk/5 min bus journey to Balham or Clapham Common and the Northern Line. 20 minute walk or 5 min bus journey to Brixton station and the Victoria line. Tooting common is a 10 min walk away as well.

The bedroom is a good size with a double bed and wardrobe. Plenty of room for a desk/working from home, extra clothes rails etc. It shares a bathroom with just one other as the house has 2 bathrooms. There is a large garden and plenty of communal space. Rent is £900 per month.

We’re sociable girls who like wfh lunch walks round the common, yoga/spin classes, cosying up for bake off in the evening, and having tinnies in the park in summer. Looking for an easy going, respectful and fun person to complete our home, must be a working professional earning over £30k a year for the contract. Rent to be paid from 1st Jan - I will moving out just before Christmas so can move in earlier if need be!

Bills average out about £120 per month.
