Beautiful flat in Streatham: £700pcm

I am taking over a friends flat as they sadly leave London. I'd be looking to fill the other rooms with like minded people; clean, considerate, easy going, eager to not be strangers and preferably actors/creatives like myself (always a plus but not essential obviously)

10 mins walk to Streatham hill station.
15 mins bus to Brixton tube.
Lovely area, parks, brockwell park nearby.

The music room will become a bedroom. They are both similar sized rooms. Move in date is Feb 1st (with a little flexibility)

A little about me - I like a calm home, I'm easy going, always up for hanging out, watching a movie, pub trip but also pretty independent and enjoy my own space as well. I care about a clean and tidy home so please only message if you're on board with that.

I work in the creative industries, as an actor, a facilitator, I run a couple of theatre companies, play music, and also work in sales around that as well. Each week is often different for me so sometimes I'll be in the flat a fair bit, sometimes barely at all depending on work.

I enjoy a fair few hobbies but I still haven't really worked out how to do them all, I play sports, dance, enjoy nature, hikes, paddlebaording, gigs and have a healthy selection of board games.
