Sublet - Double room within gated community

I’m going travelling for just over 3 weeks, so I’m looking to sublet my room from the 19th November, but I am flexible within reason. I will be returning on the 10th December so ideally I am looking to sublet for 4 weeks. However, there is flexibility of longer is required and would be willing to sublet for up to 6 weeks if needed.

Spacious room with a shared bathroom. We have a garden and a large lounge with a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, and oven.

We live in a gated area, so it's really safe and also there is parking.

You'd be living with three friendly and easy going professionals around 28-31 years old:

- Jordan, an electrician
- Oli, a civil servant
- Jen, executive Search

We're quite sociable and often chill together in the evenings and sometimes on weekends, but we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.
