I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room in this gorgeous apartment I've been happy to call home for the past 2 years. I'm sadly leaving because I'm going to move in with my girlfriend (the leaving is sad but the moving in with my girlfriend isn't ^^).
The tenancy agreement is in place until November 2026 so I'm looking for a reliable tenant that would like to stay until then. We know the owner has no intention of selling so there's a good chance you'll be able to stay beyond this date if you like.
The apartment offers excellent value. It is extremely cozy, warm, clean, spacious, well decorated and well furnished. It houses 3 people in total. The other 2 tenants are my good friends from uni. One is a software developer at a renewable energy food transportation firm and the other is a visa coordinator at Hult Business School. One of their biggest passions is music, particularly playing and making music, but their interests go much further, into food, fitness, science, literature, film, culture etc etc.
They're very bright, responsible, friendly and easygoing. They'll listen to your concerns, do their share of keeping the house tidy and are always up for an interesting conversation over a beer (or no beer, doesn't matter!). We're simply looking for someone that fits this description, and if we share even more interests then that's awesome. Just bring your best self and I'll be happy to meet you! :)

The room I'm offering is about 3x4m so quite spacious. It has a double bed with drawers underneath, a wardrobe and a set of drawers which already offers a lot of storage space. I also managed to fit a large desk and an extra set of drawers but those are coming with me.
The apartment features a large carpeted living room with 2 very comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, in open plan with a very large kitchen with tons and tons of storage space, a dishwasher and all the usual amenities.
The bathroom is also spacious, modern and in good working order. The pressure is good, it never molds over at all like many other bathrooms do, so keeps itself clean and is easy to clean. It's only shared with one other person as one of the rooms has its own bathroom.
