Description
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a gorgeous, cozy apartment — and hopefully become part of a warm, friendly little home rather than just another flatshare. The tenancy runs until November 2026, and the landlord has no plans to sell, so you can expect long-term stability if you wish to stay beyond that.
🛏️ Your room
- About 3m x 4m — spacious and easy to furnish
- Comes with a double bed with drawers, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers
- Lots of built-in storage
- My desk and extra drawers will be leaving with me, but the room is easy to customise
🏠 The apartment
The flat is extremely cozy, clean, modern, and well-furnished. It feels like a proper home.
Living room & kitchen:
- A large carpeted living room with two super comfy sofas (one is a sofa bed)
- Open-plan with a huge kitchen
- Tons of storage, dishwasher, and all standard appliances
- Perfect for movie nights, relaxed hangouts, or cooking together.
- The walls in this building have excellent sound insulation, so the flat stays very quiet.
Bathroom:
- Spacious, modern, great water pressure, stays clean easily
- Shared with only one other person (the third room has its own en-suite)
This makes the home perfect for:
- Music lovers (playing, producing, or just listening)
- Fitness enthusiasts (running, cycling, home workouts)
- Movie-night people
- Anyone who enjoys a calm, peaceful environment
👨💻👩💼 Your potential flatmates
- The other two tenants are my close friends from uni:
- One is a software developer at a renewable energy food transportation company
- The other is a visa coordinator at Hult Business School
They’re bright, responsible, friendly, and easygoing — the kind of people who keep shared spaces clean, listen to your concerns, and are always up for a nice chat, a drink (or no drink), or sharing interests. They’re passionate about music, but also love food, fitness, science, literature, film, culture, and more.
🌟 The overall vibe — our biggest selling point
What really makes this place special is the atmosphere.
We’re hoping to continue building a home where people care about each other, help one another, and still fully respect personal space. Think more like good friends living together, not strangers sharing a corridor.
We love welcoming young, open-minded, chill people who enjoy having conversations, hanging out occasionally, and creating a comfortable, supportive environment. If that sounds like you, we’d be excited to meet you.
