2 week stay - Streatham Hill (December)

Advertising for my lovely double room in Streatham Hill in SW16. I’ve been away for a while and want someone to take my room for the remainder of the 2 weeks while I’m still away.

The room is available from 8th December to 21st December. The rent for that period would be around £400. (Around £180 per week plus bills)

Do you need somewhere to stay temporarily while you are looking for a permanent home? Our home is lovely and warm and has everything you need. You’d be living with my other friend Julie who is an actress.

We are looking for someone relatively chill, yet sociable. We are strictly not allowed parties etc, and are looking for someone who wants a nice tidy relaxed atmosphere, with a lovely big shared living room and TV to come and relax around in the evenings together. (We all love our alone time too when we need it). Someone who will respect tidying up after themselves too.

The house is 2 minute walk from the high street, close enough that you could pop out quickly to the local shops to pick something up, but not close enough that you can hear any traffic.

The house has a lovely lounge area with a 55” TV with all the essentials on it, perfect for nice
movie night with some banging food!
