Flat of three girls looking for a new flatmate!

Hey! We’re a flat of three girls in our twenties, looking for a fourth flatmate to take a double room in our flat in Streatham Hill. We all met on spare room and Facebook a few months ago.

We are looking for a 9-5 working professional, preferably aged around 24-29 to take on the tenancy from around 23rd December.

A little bit about us:

Jess (25, British)- I am a history graduate from Manchester and I am currently working full time at the National Gallery. In my free time I enjoy reading, visiting museums, travelling and going to concerts.

Taylor (26, Irish)- I am a psychology graduate working as a mental health professional with vulnerable children. I spend a lot of my free time creatively: drawing, painting and making ceramics.

Jodie (26, British)- I work in marketing as a social media executive. I am fully remote and work from home five days a week. I love a mix of going out for cocktails and chilled nights in, travelling to new places, and exploring new brunch spots in London.

We are very open to all backgrounds and languages, as well as sexuality, gender identity, etc. (Open minded is a must).

We enjoy a movie night, being creative in the living room and night out at the pub together so we are looking for someone who’s keen to join and keep the flat homely. We also have our own social lives outside of the flat and friends are more than welcome around whenever.

We have a weekly cleaning rota and it is important that everyone pulls their weight, we buy and split the cleaning supplies at the start of each month.

The flat:
£695pm plus bills (around £100 a month) alongside an £800 deposit.

Location:
Streatham Hill, 2 minutes walk to Streatham Hill station, around 10 minutes by bus to Brixton (Victoria line).
The flat is on the high street with plenty of access to shops, restaurants and bars etc.

Background checks will be done through the letting agents (Dexters).
Council tax band D.
