A large, bright double room with private balcony is available in our friendly 6 bed house right by Streatham Hill station.

Location
- Under a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill station and bus stops with transport links to central London
- An easy bus or walk to Brixton (Victoria line) and Balham (Northern line) tube stations
- Within the local area, there are great charity and independent shops, lovely pubs/restaurants, gyms and is near Brixton for further food/drink and transport options

We're all independent and are often out in the evenings, but we're keen to find someone who will become a friend and is up for socialising together. We're a social house and often host friends, so of course yours would be welcome too (or this will be opportunity to make more!). We are also a plant-based house and would prefer someone vegan/willing to not bring animal products into the house.

Please note that you would be taking over the tenancy of our former housemate, and so the contract would depend on referencing and landlord approval.
