It’s with a heavy heart that I will be leaving my cosy room in Streatham Hill for a year and am looking for a lovely girlie to take over my tenancy for that period.
The room is £528pcm + around £100pcm for bills, with close links to the Northern Line, Victoria Line, Overground and National Rail. The room is part furnished and comes with a bed and chest of drawers.
The flat has a cosy, homely vibe and the current flatmates are the loveliest girls! Always up for watching the Traitors or a cheesy movie, but also respectful of each others space. We love the occasional wine and cheese night, and the right flatmate must be prepared to upkeep our annual tradition of putting up a real Christmas Tree!!
