The room measures 2.86m x 2.43m and comes with a double bed and comfortable mattress, plus a fitted wardrobe. You’re welcome to make the space your own; paint it how you like and put pictures up. I’m happy to help with shelves if needed.
Rent includes all bills (water, electricity and high-speed internet), so there are no hidden costs.
The flat has a shared kitchen with all the usual appliances, including a double-drawer air fryer (our most-used item), plus a small communal room. The bathroom has a bath, with a separate toilet.
There will be a maximum of three people living in the flat. A larger room will also be advertised shortly.
There is a friendly pet pug in the flat.
Location-wise, the flat is well connected, with Brixton Tube reachable in under 15 minutes by bus. Nearby are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and parks; and the Crown & Sceptre pub (with two pool tables) is less than a 2-minute walk away.
There is parking available to people that live on the estate, and can be applied for from the council costing about £35 annually.
