Clean bathroom only share with 1 person. There is 1 more toilet on the ground floor

Tenants: There are 3 beds in the flat, 1 is en-suite so you only share with 1 person. The flat is very clean and tidy as we like to keep it that way.
You’ll be sharing w 2 guys - 1 works in IT and 1 is freelance E-com.
Price : £834 rent - Deposit protection £866
Bill: £80 for council tax, £50-£80 electricity and gas depends on summer or winter, £19 for water.
