Large double room in spacious, peaceful Streatham Hill home – bills included.

Hi! We’re Pip (35) and Nathan (36) and we’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our lovely three-bed home in Streatham Hill. A large double room is available from 28th February. We’re open to tenancies of 3-months or more, though longer-term is preferred.

The flat is bright, spacious, and well looked after, with lots of natural light throughout. We’re on a quiet road just 5-minutes walk from Streatham Hill station, with excellent links into central London, and around 10 minutes from both Tulse Hill and Streatham stations. The high street is only 2-minutes away and has everything you need - gyms, cafés, shops, bars and restaurants.

All bills are included, and we have a professional cleaner every two weeks for the shared areas.

THE HOME 🏡
A large three-bed first-floor maisonette with high ceilings and plenty of light. There’s a generous living/dining space that’s perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s one main bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a second separate WC.

Out back we also have a garden that’s a real sun trap in summer.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room is a spacious double and comes fully furnished, including a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, drawers, and still enough space to add a desk.

ABOUT US 😊
We’ve both lived here happily for over a year and take pride in our home being a peaceful contrast to the liveliness of the city. We’re sociable but independent - generally out and about at weekends, and clean living, early birds during the week.

Pip (35, Scottish) – Loves golf, skiing, the gym, the lido, weekends away and good food. Works in the wine industry and is always happy to chat, lend an ear, or share a great restaurant recommendation.

Nathan (36, Yorkshire) – Into CrossFit, Parkrun, custard tarts, musicals, and the occasional kitchen catch-up or pint at The Railway. Known for singing his own theme tune.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🫵
We’d love to find someone of a similar age and lifestyle - considerate, and comfortable living in a peaceful, well-organised home. Ideally someone who enjoys their own routine, respects shared spaces, and is looking for a place that feels like home rather than a party flat.

You’d be replacing our previous flatmate, Michael, who was here for over a year and is relocating for work.
