Large Room with en-suite in Streatham Hill

We're looking for an additional flatmate to join our current flatshare. Current flatmates are 23 and 25 and both work in Sports together.

The room advertised is upstairs on the third floor with an en suite and a roof terrance. The room is large and bright with two windows and a view of the City. The room comes furnished with a double bed, under bed storage, 2 rack wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers.

Downstairs on the second floor are the other rooms and a big open kitchen and lounge with a balcony with great views of London and a good skyline of Canary Wharf.

The area is Streatham hill with easy access to Streatham hill and Tulse Hill stations. From there you can use the Thames link to get to the city, or London Victoria station. Late at night you can use the tube to get back to Brixton which is just a short bus ride away. We are walkable from Brockwell Park and Tooting Common and Clapham Common is a short cycle away.

We are walking distance to all of the essentials including a gym, shops, barbers, restaurants and good pubs. There's also a Londis opposite.
