Looking for a friendly housemate to join this lovely semi-detached home in South West London. You’ll be living with Amber (29) and Isobelle (27) who both work mostly from home and enjoy things like the gym/fitness classes, travelling and reading.

It’s a quiet area in walking distance to multiple different gyms, independent cafes, restaurants and bars.

The house also has a driveway which is not currently in use, so is suitable for someone with a car. Also has a large garden and garage.

The house is:
- 5 minutes walk to Tooting Common
- 20 minute walk to Balham
- 20 minutes to get to Brixton and Clapham Common stations by bus
- 10 minute walk to Streatham Hill station, with direct trains to London Bridge, Clapham junction and Victoria

The tenancy ends in October 2026 but there is the option to extend. Bed/mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers included and looking to sell my desk with the room for an extra £40.
