The room comes fully furnished and the house is massive, with both a side garden that’s just ours and a back garden with outdoor furniture shared with the above neighbours (who are super lovely and hardly in the garden!)

Currently in the flat are 3 other girls in their 20’s who are super chilled and love a good chat and a hang out, but equally respect alone time, ideally looking for other chill girls in their 20’s

The house is in a residential area across the road from a school so feels safe on our street, and also has a Tesco Extra, M&S, Aldi and Lidl all within 20mins walk or less, with a Sainsbury’s just an extra 10 mins away

Move in date: 7th of March (can be flexible if you need to move in a few days earlier)
Transport: really well connected with numerous quick buses all under 10mins walk away you can take to Clapham, Tooting and Balham, along with multiple train stations near by (closest is only 10mins away), or you can get a quick bus to Brixton to get on the Vic line
