I’m renting out my fully furnished 1-bed flat while I’m on sabbatical for around 3 months. The flat is my home rather than a rental property, so it’s well maintained, comfortable, and fully set up for day-to-day living.

Initial term: 3 months until mid August.

Expected total duration: approx. 3 months, however this may be extended depending on circumstances, OR I may return and there could be an option to rent the spare room (which currently has my stuff in it) for a lower price.

I’ll give at least 5 weeks’ notice before returning or making any sort of decision.
