Room in Friendly 4 Bed House Share with Garden

After a brilliant year in this house, I’m moving out to move in with my girlfriend so I’m looking for someone to fill my room. I’m flexible on move in date but looking to fill the room by mid April.

The room available is a double room in a 4-person shared house, just a 7-minute walk from Streatham High Road in a leafy residential area. Great links to Streatham Hill Station (10 min walk), Tulse Hill Station (15 min walk), and Brixton tube (short bus journey), so it’s well connected but still feels peaceful.

You’ll be living with Liv, Eva and Beth, we all met while travelling Australia 7 years ago and have been friends ever since. They’re ideally looking for another female (27+) to join the house.

Ideally the girls would like someone to move in who’s a full-time professional, who’s clean, tidy and friendly and someone who’s happy to share a meal and a glass of wine every now and then, and maybe the occasional boogie in Brixton if that’s your thing.

The house itself has:
• Shared bathroom on the first floor (shower/bath + toilet) and an additional downstairs toilet
• Large, bright kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave
• Spacious and cosy living/dining room with two double sofas, TV and a large dining table (great for chilled dinner parties)
• South-facing garden with outdoor table, chairs and two sun loungers
• Plenty of storage for coats and shoes
• Double glazing and central heating throughout

We all met in Melbourne while travelling in Australia, so the vibe is friendly and inclusive, but everyone also has their own lives. It would suit someone who enjoys being sociable and up for chats when together, but equally values their own space. The house is big and the rooms are lovely, so there’s plenty of privacy whenever you want it.
