A lovely double bed room with plenty of storage space. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. The flat itself is modern, open plan living room/kitchen and spacious with two balconies and lift access.

I am moving out and sadly leaving the girl band.

You will be living with two lovely ladies; Ashley (30, American) and Simi (31, Irish).
Both are sociable who love to do meals or nights out/in together as well as living their own lives.

The flat is well located and situated between both Streatham Hill station (8 minute walk) and Tulse Hill station (12 minutes walk). Main bus stops on Streatham high street can take you to Brixton in around 15 minutes. Main routes can go via London Bridge, Farringdon and Victoria. There is a small nearby park with Tennis courts and a local corner shop over the road. High street is just at the bottom of the road!

Looking to rent to another female around 29-34 years old who is sociable, clean, tidy, and friendly. Would be available to move in May 31st.
