The Flat
A spacious, refurbished maisonette split over two floors:

Downstairs: One bedroom, a toilet, and a large open-plan kitchen/living area.

The kitchen has loads of storage (we each have a food cupboard and a shelf in the pull-out pantry), a massive fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and a table that seats four.

The living area has two comfy sofas and a TV with Firestick (Netflix, etc.).

Upstairs: Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom (shared between 3 people).

The Location
Streatham Hill is a lovely area with plenty of great gyms, coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants nearby.

5-minute walk to Streatham Hill station with direct trains to Balham, Clapham Junction Victoria and London Bridge.

Buses also go straight to Brixton, Clapham and into the City.

Tooting Bec Common is just 10 minutes away – perfect for walks or runs.

Free street parking 2 mins away.

Secure bike shed in the communal garden.

We’re sociable and enjoy cooking for each other during the week, hanging out in the evenings with some TV and a glass of wine. We’d love someone who’s up for being part of that relaxed, friendly vibe.

We’re proud of our flat and like to keep it clean. We take turns doing the hoovering, mopping and cleaning the bathroom - so we’d love someone happy to pitch in.
