Lovely room in girly flat in Streatham Hill

I’m looking for someone to replace me in our lovely 3 bedroom, split level flat in Streatham Hill as I’m moving out! It’s modern with lots of light in a really nice building.

The details:
Flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station and 10-15 minute bus ride to Brixton.
Modern open plan kitchen (with a dishwasher) & living room, downstairs toilet and full size upstairs bathroom with bath & shower. The room comes with a bed/headboard, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers (aka the desk and mirror are mine but everything else stays). Bills are not included and are usually between £90-£120 per person when divided by 3.

Looking for women between 25+ and LGTBQ+ friendly who would fit in with the very relaxed and friendly vibe of this place. Must be clean, tidy and preferably someone who is up for a film, natter, dinner & hang out when we’re all around but is also good in their own space.

Need to be able to pass agency referencing and finance checks. Deposit is just under £800

2 housemates, Holly (29) and Hena (28). Holly works for herself running a community for women. Loves a glass of wine, women’s football, Gavin & Stacey, Disney, LOTR & Fleetwood Mac. Hena works for charity and is lovely.

Building is a large apartment block, that is very safe and also has a lift. It has large communal gardens which can be used in the summer.
