A quiet large double room with a view of the garden. Next to the room is the second bathroom of the home with bath, shower and toilet. The room and bathroom are the 1st 2 rooms when entering the home. There is a shared kitchen and shared large living room on the same floor.
Streatham Hill station is 5 minutes walk away as well as a series of bus stops. Travel from all stops will take you in every direction as desired.
Bills including council tax are included.
This room would be ideal for someone wanting to use the shared living area as a room for private practise. It is a large room, without a telly and would ideal for small class or 1-1 yoga practitioners, and or any other therapeutically based intervention, and or music lessons.

If this were to work for someone, I would use the room for no more than one afternoon or at an hour that is pre arranged.
I am open for others that would like to rent this room also and are interested in making Streatham Hill their home for a while.
